Founded by Sandeep, who earned his MBA from the London School of Business & Finance (United Kingdom) in 2011-12 and brings extensive international experience in global business and trade, our company was built on the vision of simplifying company set-ups and export services for clients around the world.

MEET OUR TEAM
- Mr. Sandeep Khatri (Founder & CEO) – With an MBA from the London School of Business & Finance and years of hands-on international business experience, Sandeep leads the strategic vision and global growth of Spring Leaf International.
- Mr. Sumand Singh Butola (Director – Export Services) – Oversees all export-service operations including documentation, logistics, customs and trade compliance.
- Mr. Ravindra Rawat (Director – Corporate Setup & Compliance) – Manages all aspects of company formation, regulatory regimes and corporate structuring across jurisdictions.
- Mr. Rakesh Rawat (Director – Market Intelligence & Strategy) – Drives market research, opportunity assessment, risk modelling and helps clients choose the right markets and approach.
- Mr. Ashish (Director – Client Experience & Operations) – Ensures smooth client onboarding, high-quality service delivery, and ongoing client support for lasting relationships.
